This policy covers unbox.co.nz, operated by Unbox Digital Limited. It explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to meet our obligations under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
We only collect information you provide directly. There are two places on this site where you may submit information, and the site does not otherwise collect personal information about you.
The email signup on the homepage. Your email address.
The pipeline audit form. If you complete it, we collect:
We treat revenue figures and business information you provide as commercially sensitive. We do not publish or share this information, or use it as a case study, without your prior consent.
To prepare and deliver the free pipeline audit you requested, and to contact you about it. We use your phone number solely to call you about your audit. We do not use auto-dialling or mass-messaging systems.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. It is shared with the following service providers only to the extent necessary for the site to function:
Formspree processes submissions from our forms and delivers them to us. Their servers are located in the United States. See the Formspree privacy policy.
Meta (Facebook) — this site uses the Meta pixel to measure how visitors find us and how our advertising performs. It sets cookies in your browser and reports your visit to Meta. It does not receive the answers you provide in the audit form. See the Meta privacy policy.
Our website hosting provider may also process standard technical data, such as IP addresses, as part of operating the site's infrastructure.
We may also disclose information where required to do so by law.
This site sets no cookies of its own. The Meta pixel described above sets its own. If you would rather it did not, most browsers let you block third-party cookies, and browser extensions that block trackers will stop the pixel loading at all. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
We keep audit submissions for as long as we are in contact with you about working together, and for up to 24 months afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us to:
Email info@unbox.co.nz and we will action it. There is no charge and we will come back to you within 20 working days, which is the limit the Act sets.
This site is served over HTTPS, so information you submit is encrypted in transit. Submissions are stored in systems protected by two-factor authentication. We limit the personal information we collect and the number of places it is stored.
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, tell us first at info@unbox.co.nz. If we cannot resolve it, you can complain to the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
